Our ‘Traditional’ Cremation package includes the following:
Our professional services and making of all funeral arrangements as listed in our Professional Fees
Includes up to 150 Orders of Service
Simple coffin (suitable for cremation)
Use of the Chapel of Rest
A traditional hearse
One traditional limousine (inc cortege leaving from home, or other, address, and returning to other location)
Attendance of the Funeral Director and pall bearers at the crematorium
Service at Kettering Crematorium
Full cremation fees
Doctor’s fees for cremation paperwork
Full Minister or Celebrant’s fees
Use of silk flowers and lettering (MUM/DAD, etc)
Other Crematoria may incur a surcharge

A traditional hearse to transport the coffin, from our premises direct to the crematorium on the day of the funeral
Attendance of the Funeral Director and pall bearers at the crematorium
Service at Kettering Crematorium (Other Crematoria may incur a surcharge)
Use of Chapel of Rest
Doctor’s fees for cremation paperwork
Full cremation fees
£180 towards Minister or Celebrant’s fees

Direct Cremation: £1,950.00
Our Direct Cremation service has been designed to cater for those people who DO NOT wish to have any type of funeral service at the time of cremation.
The Direct Cremation service consists of: collection of the deceased, care of the deceased at our premises, provision of a simple coffin, arranging and administering all paperwork, service of Funeral Director and assistant at time of the cremation, transport of the coffin to the crematorium using our vehicle, cremation at Nene Valley Crematorium at a time/date convenient to Margaret Rose Funerals, collection of ashes and storage of ashes for up to 3 months.
Our Direct Cremation service DOES NOT INCLUDE: Chapel of Rest visitation, use of a hearse, attendance of mourners at the crematorium, professional bearers, any funeral procession or service prior to or at the time of cremation.
PLEASE NOTE, OUR CREMATION PACKAGES OFFER A SAVING ON THE COST OF A FUNERAL (WHEN COMPARED TO OUR ‘BESPOKE’ PRICING) AND AS SUCH ARE OFFERED AS A COMPLETE FUNERAL PACKAGE AND CANNOT BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY.

About Margaret Rose Funerals, providing Funeral Services in Sywell, UK
Margaret Rose Funerals is an independent funeral home with premises in the old villages of both Finedon and Corby. It is owned and run by husband and wife team, Tony and Maggie along with Funeral Director Jemma and Funeral Administrator Steph.
Our aim is to offer a high quality, truly personal service at an affordable price. We believe that a “good funeral” doesn’t have to be the most expensive funeral, but simply one which is most suitable for you, your family and your loved one.
Established in 2010, the company opened in Finedon for trading in March 2011. Clients from Corby started coming to the Finedon office, as they had little choice in their own Town, and the Corby office was opened in late 2013.
We understand that everyone is different and that every family has differing ideas and feelings about the kind of funeral service that is appropriate for them.
We believe in giving each family the time to think things through, so that everything is just right. There is no rush, you decide what you want and in your own time.
